Damage caused by customer carelessness
If product components are missing or damaged
7 days from delivery completion date
Replacement/return due to mechanical defects will be processed after confirmation by our technical support team and remote inspection may be carried out if necessary. Free repair, exchange or refund will be determined based on the confirmation result.
